Deadly Treason

Tragedy in a heart so young.
So filled with faith and trust.
Given to the prince of thieves
To be murdered by the poisoned arrow.
Life is not of any just.
Weeping willows cry with the wind,
To know the soul is dead.
The young lady fell in love,
And lost her life and heart to her head.
Scars are not too traceable,
For the wounds were never of being.
The king gave the great command
And she never even felt the bleeding.
Graved within a graveyard bed,
The bones rot to make escape
Of the heartless tragedy reigning
That the king and queen had made.

God is my hero!

SOULLESS

Deceased…
The absence of a soul.
Buried…
Placed within a hole.
Dead…
Without breath of life within.
Killed…
The victim to one’s sin.
Gone forever…
Impossible to bring them back.
So sad…
The laughter you come to lack.
Irreplaceable…
The one you miss so much.
The body…
Of one you truly loved.

MURDER

It’s a normal event.
One to destroy your world.
There is no escape.
It is your destination.
Are you ready for your vacation?
It’s dooms day.
Just don’t try to
Work out of it.
It’s your… life.

Choose You This Day

A stabbing yesterday,
She lies in a ditch.
To choose my next,
You wonder which?

A gun to the head,
Early this morning.
And for the evening,
I chose a burning.

Well to finish off my night.
I am sorry to say
That for my final murder,
I choose you this day.

A Life For A Life

It is so incomprehensible to the human mind
that someone could actually take a life.
We condemn those souls to be taken
or at least live forever in misery and strife.
Yet it is very possible to happen
And does to people who are good.
Maybe sometimes they shouldn’t have reacted,
sometimes maybe they should.
We never know if someone is defending
and fighting for their life to survive.
We don’t know what led to the moment
and how they’ll have to live with it all their life.
Only God knows and only God judges
the heart and mind of a soul,
and He knows when to punish or forgive.
Thank God He is in control.

Inspiration: written when a friend was asking me to justify their brother’s death when he was shot while committing a home invasion, by comparing it to my brother’s death who was shot during a argument with an ex-girlfriend who refused to let my brother go.
