Good or corrupt,
which will we choose to be?
Do we want our selfish gains
more than to make God happy?
Jesus gave so much of Himself
when He gave up the comforts of heaven.
He even took time to teach and guide us
when on the mount He gave His sermon.
So much daily and practical living
in words of love and wisdom shared
given to us by a friend who knows
and a loving God who cared.
Read, listen, meditate
on God’s instructions for what to do.
It will help Guide in life
and help us to know how to get through.
Good or corrupt,
which will we choose to obey?
Do we really want to miss out on God
just to have our own way?
