From the day we are born,
You call us unto You.
You whisper our name
and say, “I love you.”
You make it clearly known
that You have made us
for Your special purpose,
to glorify the name of Jesus.
Held in Your care,
we come to Your throne.
We marvel at the thought
that You’d make us Your own.
Reassured each moment
of Your unfailing love,
we long to be with You
in our home above.
