So many things in life can happen,
good or bad.
The things can be so evil,
making God mad.
The consequences sin can bring
can devastate.
Calling on God for help
can sometimes be too late.
But God is a God who knows
just how we really are.
Sometimes we must never leave
if we don’t want to go too far.
Obedience from the start
can prevent our end.
Trusting in God
will make Him our friend.
