Entrusted by God
with life’s many things,
all to glorify Him
with all it brings.
We have a challenge
to obey in all.
Sometimes we rise to it.
Sometimes we fall.
Can God entrust
to us anew?
Will He ever declare
I give up on you?
His word says He’ll lead
and guide us aright.
I pray the Holy Spirit
would be my guiding light.
Thank you, Lord,
for taking the chance
to trust me despite
I am so human.
