I have family that I love so much.
God gave me the greatest of all.
I cherish every moment we share.
You never know when death will call.
As our hearts break and eyes cry,
we find only one comfort can assure.
God holds our family in His arms.
They’ll always be loved and secure.
They wait for the rest of us
and look over us while they wait.
When God has Gabriel blow that trumpet,
I’m running to the gate.
What a blessing to know I’ll see them
and exciting to know God will hold us all.
God, thank you, for holding my family.
I look forward to the day you call.
